- Tailgating is permitted within the lined parking space directly behind or in front of your parked vehicle; other parking spaces cannot be used for tailgating or other purposes. If you utilize more than one parking space for tailgating, you must have an additional permit for that space.
- Safety regulations prohibit any open flame (from propane, charcoal, etc.) in Syracuse University parking garages, and will be strictly enforced for all levels of the garages.
- Syracuse University prohibits excessive consumption of alcohol on its property. Patrons determined to be impaired may be denied entry into the JMA Wireless Dome.
- Smoking and tobacco use is prohibited on Syracuse University property, which includes both inside and outside the stadium, parking lots and garages.
