Free Trolley Service from Airport and Regional Transportation Center

On Sunday, January 11, Parking and Transportation Services is offering free trolley service from Syracuse Hancock International Airport and the Regional Transportation Center (Amtrak, Greyhound, etc.) to campus from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.:

The shuttles will run continuously. The airport pickup will be near Terminal B (Delta/United), and the RTC pickup will be at the main entrance. Students will be taken to College Place bus stop on Main Campus and to the Goldstein Student Center on South Campus

Pickup at Syracuse Hancock International Airport – on the hour, every hour:

11 a.m., 12 p.m., 1 p.m., 2 p.m., 3 p.m., 4 p.m., 5 p.m., 6 p.m., 7 p.m., 8 p.m., 9 p.m.

Pickup at the Regional Transportation Center – 15 minutes after the hour:

11:15 a.m., 12:15 p.m., 1:15 p.m., 2:15 p.m., 3:15 p.m., 4:15 p.m.. 5:15 p.m., 6:15 p.m., 7:15 p.m., 8:15 p.m., 9:15 p.m.

A valid SUID card will be required to board the shuttles.

Winter Break 2025 Airport Transportation Shuttle Available

On Tuesday, December 16, Parking and Transportation Services is offering free trolley service from the campus to Syracuse Hancock International Airport and the Regional Transportation Center (Amtrak, Greyhound, etc.) from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.:

The shuttles will run continuously, with three planned stops on campus:

Pickup at Goldstein Student Center – on the hour, every hour:

6 a.m., 7 a.m., 8 a.m., 9 a.m., 10 a.m., 11 a.m., 12 p.m., 1 p.m., 2 p.m., 3 p.m., 4 p.m.

Pickup at College Place – 10 minutes after the hour:

6:10 a.m., 7:10 a.m., 8:10 a.m., 9:10 a.m., 10:10 a.m., 11:10 a.m., 12:10 p.m., 1:10 p.m., 2:10 p.m., 3:10 p.m., 4:10 p.m.

Pickup at rear of Stadium Place – 15 minutes after the hour:

6:15 a.m.; 7:15 a.m., 8:15 a.m., 9:15 a.m., 10:15 a.m., 11:15 a.m., 12:15 p.m., 1:15 p.m., 2:15 p.m., 3:15 p.m., 4:15 p.m.

2025 Winter Break Shuttle Schedules Posted

As a reminder, campus shuttles will run reduced schedules during Winter Break.

Winter Break shuttle schedules will begin on Wednesday, December 17. There will be no campus shuttles from Thursday, December 25 through Friday, January 2, however the Safety Escort service will operate 24 hours a day during this time. Regular campus shuttle services will resume on Saturday, January 10.

2025 Thanksgiving Break Shuttle Schedules Posted

As a reminder, campus shuttles will run reduced schedules during Thanksgiving Break.

Campus shuttle service for the break will begin on Saturday, November 22. Regular campus trolley services will resume on Sunday, November 30. Regular campus Centro services will resume on Monday, December 1.

Faculty and Staff Parking During 2025-26 Men’s Basketball Games

This academic year, Syracuse University men’s basketball home games are scheduled to occur on weekdays while classes are in session on the following dates:

  • Wednesday, Oct. 29 vs. Pace
  • Monday, Nov. 3 vs. Binghamton
  • Tuesday, Nov. 18 vs. Monmouth
  • Tuesday, Dec. 2 vs. Tennessee
  • Thursday, Dec. 11 vs. Saint Joseph’s
  • Wednesday, Dec. 17 vs. Mercyhurst
  • Tuesday, Jan. 13 vs. Florida State
  • Wednesday, Jan. 21 vs. Virginia Tech
  • Wednesday, Feb. 11 vs. Cal

Access to Campus for Academic Purposes

Home lot parking permits will be honored until four hours prior to tip-off. Faculty and staff with valid University parking permits who need to access campus for academic purposes will be able to park in the following areas on a space-available basis:

Accessible parking for academic purposes will be provided in the lot designated on the face of the permit if space is available. If no spaces are available, permit holders will be directed to another location.

Access to Campus for Those Attending Basketball Games

If you are attending a game on any of the above dates, your regular parking permit will be honored at the Comstock or Colvin Lots. Patrons will have access to transportation to and from College Place. If you have an accessible or medical permit, you may park in the northern portion of the Comstock Lot and ride the shuttle to Gate A, free of charge.
