syracuse.com: Syracuse University staff smoothed the way for graduate’s grandparents (Your letters)

Sometime it’s the little things that make a big difference. Between our staff managing the disabled shuttle, the DPS Fire and Life Safety officer who coordinates the disable entrance, and the Dome staff working Gate A, we have a great team of caring people making commencement comfortable for elderly and disabled family members. We apprecaite the kind words from the Klocek’s in a recent letter to the editor on syracuse.com.
