Marion Permit Holders

As a result of the City of Syracuse road project along Comstock Ave and Waverly Ave beginning on Tuesday May 7 and continuing through Thursday, May 9, Parking and Transit Services will be utilizing the Marion lot for students and parents moving out of University housing between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. If you are unable to park in the Marion lot on the above stated dates and times, feel free to park in Booth Garage, Quad 5, or Quad 4. Your Marion permit will be honored in those locations at these dates and times.

We appreciate your understanding and flexibility during this time and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

No Nob Hill Evening Shuttles for Tuesday, April 23

The Birnie Bus #31 Nob Hill shuttle will not be operating beginning at 8:00 pm this evening.  The Centro #240 service to/ from Nob Hill will operate as scheduled.

Shuttle-U-Home

Shuttle-U-Home provides free transportation from campus for Syracuse University students, faculty, and staff who reside off campus within a designated geographic area. The shuttle runs daily from 8:15 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. during the academic year. Please note that the shuttle will take you to YOUR residence, and no place else.

To use the shuttle, you must present your SU or ESF ID and sign up in the Students for Community Safety (SCS) office at 019 Watson Hall.

 

Shuttle 44

Shuttle 44 is another free shuttle service, available to members of the Syracuse University community. The shuttle runs:

  • Tuesdays 11 p.m. – 5 a.m.

To request a ride from Shuttle 44, call the Department of Public Safety at 315.443.SAFE (7233). Unlike with Shuttle-U-Home, you do not have to sign up at Watson Hall. You can simply call 315.443.SAFE, and if your destination is within the Shuttle 44 boundary map, the shuttle will be dispatched to your location.

Nob Hill / James E. Genesee Street Birnie Bus Shuttles

The Birnie Bus #31 Nob Hill and #33 James / E. Genesee Street shuttles are currently running behind schedule due to maintenance issues.
