At the close of each spring semester, University departments must update their Standing Account Information for Department Guest Parking Reservations [PDF] (Formerly the VIP form) in order to keep a standing ID payment order on file with Parking and Transit Services. Department guest parking reservations are billed monthly to your department’s standing order ID. The fiscal year 2017-2018 fee for guest parking reservations is $5.75 per lot, per vehicle, per day.
Guest parking arrangements must be received at least 24 hours in advance (no later than 4 p.m. the preceding day) through the online Department Guest Parking Reservation Request Form. In order to secure a parking space for your guests, you should make reservations as far in advance as possible.
If you call the day the reservation is needed, Parking Services cannot guarantee a space. Understanding that last minute reservations are unavoidable, all efforts will be made to accommodate your request. If you must make last minute reservations, please call x4652 and press 0 to speak to an office representative.
Please do not leave a voicemail for early morning reservations for same day business; we will be unable to get the message to the parking lot attendant before your guest arrives.
Please do not make reservations with parking lot attendants directly. Attendants are not authorized to honor parking reservation requested in this manner.
Cancel unneeded parking reservation requests previously made at least 24 hours in advance. Departments will be assessed a $5.75 charge for each parking space that was reserved.
