On Sunday, October 28, Syracuse University will be hosting the New York State Field Band Championships at the Carrier Dome. Parking will be restricted in the Q4 and Q1 lots from 6 a.m. until 11 p.m. Your home lot permit will be valid in the Women’s Building North and South lots, Hillside, Marion, Lehman, UNV, and Harrison lots.
