For all requests for group and special event transportation, on or within the immediate campus and surrounding area, please complete the department transportation request form below.
Requests not received at least two weeks in advance of the event date(s) may not be considered. If University transportation is not available on the requested date(s), a list of recommended vendors will be provided to you.
Please note: Effective July 1, 2022, transportation of minor guests under the age of 18 will only be permitted within the confines of the campus when utilizing Syracuse University transportation. Off-campus transportation (including partially off-campus transportation) involving minors under the age of 18 is only allowable via third-party vendors and must follow the official Safety of Minors and Abuse Reporting Policy. Any transportation involving minors under the age of 18 must also follow the official University policy.
Our FY24 transportation options are:
Small Trolley
Seats 20 Passengers | $109.00 per hour per vehicle
Large Trolley
Seats 36 Passengers | $123.00 per hour per vehicle
Van
Seats 10 Passengers | $73.00 per hour per vehicle
All transportation requests require a four-hour minimum. Requests for four hours or more will be invoiced an additional one hour per vehicle in order for the driver(s) to service the vehicle.
