Commuter Students

Students living in the greater Syracuse area and commuting to Syracuse University should complete a parking application through MySlice.

Students may purchase a park and ride permit for the Manley Field House and Skytop parking lots for a nominal fee. There is free shuttle bus service between Manley, Skytop and Main Campus. Please check Campus and Syracuse area bus schedules.

Permits are valid in any “Orange” lot (lots with orange signage posted at the entrances) after 4:30 p.m. until 7 a.m. and all day on weekends except during Dome events. Orange lots include, Booth Garagewhen an attendant is present, then garage locks down-, Harrison, Lehman, University Lot, Hillside, Stadium, Fine, Standart, Ostrom, Quad 4, Women’s Building North, Women’s Building South, Manley North, Manley South and Skytop lot. Ride Share: Zimride

Syracuse University has a new private rideshare community through Zimride.

Car Share Program: Zipcar

Syracuse University introduced Zipcar in December 2007. Since then, students, faculty, and staff from SU have taken advantage of this car-sharing program by self-reserving (through online and mobile devices) Zipcars on campus – 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Park and Ride Service to Syracuse University
